Oral Presentation Guidelines
All presenters must be registered in order to present at the World Potato Congress.
Technical Information
All screens within the RDS are in widescreen (16:9) format. To avoid distortions and to ensure presentations correctly fit the screen space, please ensure slides are set-up in this format.
We strongly recommend that slides are prepared in PowerPoint. Other software packages are acceptable as long as the presentation is in PDF and complies with the widescreen (16:9) format.
Presenters may not use their own laptops in the meeting rooms and presentations must be supplied to the technicians on a USB-key.
Speakers presenting in the Concert Hall are requested to upload their presentations 24-hours in advance.
All other presentations should be brought to the AV technician in the relevant meeting room at least one hour before the presentation time. Please note technicians cannot upload presentations during sessions, so presenters should upload during breaks and lunchtimes only.
Technicians are available at the following times.
