Dr. Qu Dongyu – WPC 2022 Opening Session
HE Dr. Qu Dongyu, Director-General of the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), has kindly agreed to be the keynote speaker at the Opening Session of the 11th World Potato Congress, and will deliver a speech in person (travel permitting) entitled “The Potato in a Changing World”.
